“Do not choose the boat ride option, they play really loud music, and it's not peaceful at all, the whole experience is pretty useless unless you're not residing in old town. There were no contact details given of the tour guide (ahmed) in case you lost your way. We ended up getting lost since no clear means of communication were laid out, and when returned to the meeting point, we were blamed for getting lost! Highly unprofessional!”

Kader our guide was Knowledgeable but he lacked empathy towards us as we were family of five and needed to use the toilet which will take time as it was only one toilet in the restaurant after our lunch. We have been using Viator tour for decades and this one is probably the worst one for us.
