“I contact the agent on the same booked day because I didn't receive any massage from them about the pick up (I choosed pick up from my hotel) the operator told me you have to come to our location between 10am to 6pm (photo attached about the conversation), when I reached their office (around 2pm) the office closed. I sent a message for them no body answer, I waited around 15 minutes and no body came. I asked for refund because they don't have credibility and respect for their customer!”
